Know Before You Stay
We encourage all guests to review our policies before making a reservation. Understanding our guidelines helps ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone during your stay at Topaz Lake Retreat.
Quiet Time
10 p.m. / 8 a.m. – please be considerate of others. No loud music at any time.
Check-In/Check-Out
CHECK-IN TIME IS 4:00/CHECK-OUT TIME IS 10:00 A.M. Due to earlier reservations, if you plan to stay longer, the earlier you re-register, the better your chance of keeping your suite. All Daily, Weekly, and Monthly rates are due on the day of check-in. All guests must keep a current credit card on file and allow for fees to be charged on an initial check-in date and every daily, weekly, or monthly rate on that day (No exception and is cause for removal of the property along with any collection rights to The Retreat at Topaz Lake by the State of Nevada). Guests with overdue autopayments will switch to daily rates, with no option to revert to weekly or monthly rates. All registered and non-registered guests shall be on the reservation and provide ID as needed, no exceptions.
Speed Limit
Please see a speed limit of no more than five mph.
Laundry
The Retreat at Topaz Lake is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage.
The Retreat at Topaz Lake facilities are for registered guests with a current ID only.
Children
We want the children to be safe & have an enjoyable time, but always under the watchful eyes of a parent/guardian. Please make a good judgment if you decide to leave your children at your suite when you are gone. We are not responsible for their safety or welfare. You are liable for their behavior. Compensation will be collected in compliance with Nevada State Law.
Pets
DUE TO OUR INSURANCE, WE HAVE A ZERO PET POLICY ON THE PREMISES FOR ALL GUESTS.
Trash
Trash facilities found in the complex are for personal trash only. Bag and tie all waste and break down boxes. DO NOT leave trash outside in your suite. Any couches, chairs, large boxes, etc. a $100 fee per incident. Cleanliness of the facilities is important to us. Suites and storage sites are to be kept clean and orderly, as decided by management. If they need attention, please notify the office.
Vehicle Washing
Washing vehicles in the facility is prohibited.
Internet/Cable
Wireless Internet is free for our guests. The Retreat at Topaz Lake is not responsible for the operations of these Services.
NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED. NO OPEN FIREARMS DISPLAYED. NO OPEN FLAME FIRES.
Parking
Two registered vehicles max per Suite space. All vehicles must be registered and licensed. All suites have one full-size storage space for recreational vehicles or extra parking.
NO OUTDOOR: STORAGE, CLOTHES LINES, SPACE HEATERS, WINDOW A/C
UNITS, OR USE OF EXTERIOR OUTLETS FOR PERSONAL USE. The Retreat at Topaz Lake is not responsible for any theft, vandalism, or damage to their individual property or vehicles. NO STORAGE ALLOWED UNDER ANY STORED VEHICLES OR PERSONAL BELONGINGS.
Conduct
Disorderly conduct, drunkenness, illegal drugs, obscene language, obnoxious, disruptive, or vulgar behavior will not be tolerated. No working on vehicles, changing oil, etc. by the city ordinance, and penalties may
be applied. Vehicles must be registered, insured, and operational. Failure to comply will result in the removal at the owner's expense. Customers agree to leave the premises at once if any of the rules acknowledged are broken. If not, their vehicle(s) and property will be removed at the owner's expense.
Drugs
Illegal drugs of any form are prohibited on the property of The Retreat at Topaz Lake. People caught in violation of this rule are subject to immediate removal without a refund. Report on any illegal activities to management at once. Any information reported will be strictly confidential. We will notify local authorities at once of any illegal activities.
Liability
All facilities and equipment of THE RETREAT AT TOPAZ LAKE are for the explicit use of the guests. All people using the facilities do at THEIR OWN RISK and consent. The Retreat at Topaz Lake is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any liability due to fire, theft, wind, flood, personal negligence, freezing, power outages, overheating, set up, driving within the property, parking, acts of God or other unfortunate circumstances. The registered guest is financially responsible for all individuals at their suite and for any/all damage to the facilities/suite(s) or its guests. If you have an emergency, please call 911 at once.
THE RETREAT AT TOPAZ LAKE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANY PERSON OR TO REMOVE ANY PERSON OR PERSONS WHO BREAK OR DISREGARD ANY RULES WITHOUT REFUND, NO EXCEPTIONS. CUSTOMER AGREES TO LEAVE PREMISES IMMEDIATELY UPON REQUESTED REMOVAL ALONG WITH THEIR VEHICLE(S) AND PROPERTY. IF ABANDONED THEIR VEHICLE(s)/PROPERTY WILL BE REMOVED AT OWNER’S EXPENSE. ANY DAMAGES TO THE UNIT(S) OR THE FACILITIES WILL BE CHARGED ACCORDING TO THE COST OF THE DAMAGE AND ALL THE REQUIRED FIXES OR REPLACEMENTS. THE RETREAT AT TOPAZ LAKE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO AMEND THE RULES, REGULATIONS AND FEES WHEN AND AS NECESSARY WITH OR WITHOUT NOTICE. THESE RULES ARE FOR THE BENEFIT OF ALL. YOUR COURTESY AND COOPERATION IS APPRECIATED IN HELPING US MAINTAIN A SAFE AND ENJOYABLE EXPERIENCE. ANY FORM OF PAYMENT IS AN AKNOWLEDGEMENT OF BEING A GUEST TO THE RETREAT AT TOPAZ LAKE AND THEIR RULES.
This property is under 24-hour video surveillance equipment in use to aid in the prosecution of any crimes committed in or against this business.
